Orders can be canceled before they reach the "prepared" or "ready to ship" stage. If you decide to cancel your order while it is still in the "preparing" (printing) stage, you are eligible for a full refund.
However, once the order has progressed to the "prepared" or "ready to ship" stage, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided. This is because printing materials and other resources have already been utilized to prepare the order for shipment.
If you are eligible for a refund due to cancellation within the "preparing" stage, the refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution policies.
